In CTPark Zabrze, we are finalising the construction of a modern high-bay warehouse facility for CTP Invest Poland. The warehouse has an area of approx. 10,000 sqm and is designed to meet the BREEAM certification standard. The facility has been designed and implemented with flexibility in mind, allowing it to accommodate from one to five tenants. Building a facility within an operational logistics park, where some of its users are already engaged in production and logistics activities, requires the general contractor to effectively organise the construction site and skilfully plan deliveries, as well as construction and assembly, works.
In Zabrze, we are working on an exceptionally narrow plot of land where optimal space utilisation is essential. Neighbouring tenants must be ensured undisturbed traffic, and local employees – absolute safety. The schedule of assembly works and the temporary occupation of specific areas for the purposes of construction works, if required, is coordinated every week with the managers or tenants of adjacent facilities. Traffic within the logistics park is maintained safely through the precise fencing and clear marking of the construction site.
