Commissioned by EQT Exeter – an international real property investor and operator – we are building a new logistic centre in Świebodzin. The facility comprises three warehouses: A, B and C, with a total area of 136,000 sqm, tailored to the particular requirements of various tenants. Kajima Poland is also preparing the entire facility for BREEAM certification with a Very Good rating.
