CTPark Warsaw Emilianów – completed project photos

For CTP Poland, we have completed a 54,000 sq. m. modern warehouse and production facility at CTPark Warsaw Emilianów. More than half of the project, as much as 43,000 sq. m, is already used by ALDI Polska. This part of the warehouse is equipped with advanced cold stores and freezing chambers. Thanks to the cooperation of CTP Poland, ALDI Polska and Kajima Poland, the whole project meets the highest standards.

The hallmark of the warehouse facilities belonging to CTP Poland is the characteristic large polycarbonate façade skylights that let a large amount of daylight into the halls. This solution significantly improves work comfort, creating a friendly and efficient space, and also allows for the reduction of electricity consumption for artificial lighting in the hall.

The hall has a separate waste room equipped with partitions (walls and ceiling) with a fire resistance class REI240. Placing this function inside the warehouse optimizes the tenant’s waste logistics. This is another project we completed for CTP Poland, and also another one tailored to the requirements of a tenant from the retail sector, including the food sector, such as ALDI Polska.
