Working for Eika Asset Management and Waimea Group, we are expanding Warsaw North Logistic Park located in Nowy Modlin near Warsaw by another 10,500 sq. m, inclusive with the BREEAM Excellent certificate. The area will be leased by Deka Trans, which, once the construction is completed, will have at its disposal 10,253 sq. m. of brand new warehouse space and approx. 290 sq. m. of modern office space.
