Information for owners of personal data processed by Kajima Poland Sp. z o.o.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Kajima Poland sp. z o.o as any other entity conducting business activity, processes personal data, in particular its contractors, employees and customers. Appropriate regulations implemented in our Company and high legal awareness of our employees allow us to maintain applicable standards in the area of personal data security and to effectively exercise the rights of their owners. On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force and the real impact of private individuals on the processing of their personal data has been increased. While fulfilling the obligation specified in the GDPR, we inform You that the administrator of personal data within the scope specified below is Kajima Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw 00-697; Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79 (hereinafter “Administrator” or “Kajima”). Collection of personal data
Kajima Poland sp. z o.o. collects data of natural persons in connection with cooperation with other entities within the scope of the company’s business activity. In most cases, personal data are transferred to Kajima directly by the data subjects. Sometimes we also receive this data from other entities, e.g. contact details of employees of subcontractors taking part in the tender procedure, offer, or in the performance of a specific contract (including the received documentation related to a given project).
Legal basis for processing
Kajima Poland sp. z o.o. collects and processes personal data based on the following legal grounds: – Data subject’s consent – the fact of performing the contract – compliance with legal obligations – pursuing the legitimate interests of the company, which includes, in particular marketing activities of the company, pursuit of claims, legal services.
Purposes of the processing of personal data
Kajima Poland sp. z o.o. processes personal data for the following purposes: – execution of investments, tender and bidding procedures; – business cooperation, including maintaining business relations; – day-to-day management of the company’s affairs, – performance of legal obligations, in particular in the field of H&S, labour law, construction law.
Recipients of personal data
The recipients of personal data processed in Kajima are primarily authorized employees of the company. Depending on the objective pursued, personal data may be transferred to investors, customers or subcontractors, both at the stage of a tender procedure and later, at the stage of investment implementation. We also transfer your personal data to entities providing services such as postal, courier, accounting, legal, IT, only if it is necessary for the implementation of the above purposes. Kajima Poland sp. z o. o. does not process personal data by automated means and does not profiling these data.
Rights of personal data subjects
You have the right to access to your personal data and the right to request their rectification, erasure or limitation of their processing. To the extent that the processing of personal data is based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest, you may object to the processing of personal data.
