For our company, the year 2024 was a period of intense growth, marked by numerous successes and further strengthening of our position in the general contracting industry. Kajima Poland completed over 20 prestigious projects with a total area of 500,000 sqm, of which 300,000 sqm received environmental certifications. The said projects include one with a BREEAM Outstanding certificate and a project with three certificates: BREEAM Excellent, LEED Gold, and WELL Health-Safety Rating.
The high quality of our general contracting services and our utmost care for clients earned us several prestigious awards in 2024, including Eurobuild CEE, CEE Investment (Europa Property), CEEQA, CIJ Europe, Złoty Kompas [Golden Compass] (Kompas Inwestycji), as well as Diamenty Infrastruktury i Budownictwa [Infrastructure and Construction Diamonds] (Executive Club).
During the Matsuri – Picnic with Japanese Culture, we emphasised the significance of our organisation’s Japanese roots.
As a Partner of the Builder For Young Engineers programme, we supported the education of young engineers.
Once again, we demonstrated our commitment to sustainable development, achieving an even higher EcoVadis rating than in previous years.
We proudly opened our new headquarters in Warsaw, designed to be environmentally friendly and community-focused.
