For LemonTree and Hilti Polska, at the Catalyst Wrocław warehouse and logistics centre, we are starting the expansion of a photovoltaic system with a planned peak power of 250 kWp and annual energy production of 220 MWh. The power generated in this way will cover the entire demand of Hilti, which operates its service centre at this location, with an area of 6600 sq.m. New, green energy will power the tenant’s process systems: compressed air, dust removal, precision air conditioning, ventilation, as well as household systems. Unused surplus energy will be transmitted to the power grid. As part of the general contracting, we also coordinated the Detailed Design as well as several formal and legal arrangements.
The Catalyst Wrocław warehouse and logistics centre, with an area of 10,800 sq.m., is an investment project that we completed in previous years for LemonTree, including preparation for obtaining the BREEAM certificate.
