We are implementing the first stage of the reconstruction of City Point Targówek

Peakside Capital Poland is our new client, operating in Warsaw’s district of Targówek. We are carrying out comprehensive works there for the purposes of the 1^st stage of the redevelopment of the future urban City Point Targówek logistics park. We are demolishing 8 warehouses and office buildings in the area of 22.6 ha in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. The new City Point Targówek meets the high requirements of the BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold certifications already from the demolition stage.

How do we do it?

• We segregate demolition waste and send it for recycling, reuse or strictly supervised disposal.
• The stone from reinforced concrete structures, pre-crushed at the construction site, will be used as a foundation for the 1st stage of the future City Point Targówek.
• We measure CO2 emissions by monitoring of energy consumption and transport.
• We also make sure that the demolition process does not have a negative impact on the environment. To this end we carry out an erosion and sedimentation control plan, as part of which we secure rainwater drains, seal the fence, protect trees, etc.
