We are approaching the end of the construction of Stage II of Panattoni Park Łódź West – a class A facility adapted to the needs of logistics and light production, located in Konstantynów Łódzki. We will be here until the spring to complete works for Streetwear Motion.
Tenants will have an additional 40 000 sqm of warehouse and office space at their disposal. Together with Stage I, it will be as much as 60 000 sqm under the roof. We are preparing the facility to obtain a BREEAM certification.
