Panattoni Park Łódź West II is our next project in Łódź for Panattoni. A modern warehouse and logistics centre with an area of almost 50,000 sqm will soon serve a major international tenant from the logistics and haulage industry ROHLIG SUUS Logistics. The facility will meet high sustainability standards in line with BREEAM certification at Excellent level.
At the close of the 2023/2024 academic year, as part of our partnership in the Builder For the Young Engineers programme, the Kajima Poland execution team hosted a group of students from Politechnika Łódzka (Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering) at the Panattoni Park Łódź West II construction site. Our guests were introduced to the technological process of making an industrial floor. They also learned a lot about the installations that can be found in a modern warehouse and logistics facility. The following persons talked about the design and execution aspects: Rafał Skarzynski, Przemysław Michaluk, Maciej Horniatkiewicz, Tomasz Cieśliński and Milena Nawrot. The meeting was held on 16 May 2024.
