The extension of Panattoni Park Zabrze II is already completed

The extension of the Panattoni Park Zabrze II production and warehouse facility has already been completed! The total area of the entire facility is 44 500 sqm. The extended part of the facility is adapted to so-called light production, which will be useful for its tenant, i.e. Eurosleeve – a packaging manufacturer. The facility is rented also by KMC Services – a logistic operator. The facility is undergoing the BREEAM certification process to be completed with an Excellent rating.
