7R Park Łódź East I includes 3 warehouse halls with a total area of 100,000 sqm. The works in this impressive complex will soon be completed. Maersk and Castorama are already operating in their halls, while we are still going to stay for some time in the DC2 hall. 7R Park Łódź East I is going to have a BREEAM certificate with a Very Good rating. The facility is yet another item in our portfolio of a project tailored to the needs of the DIY sector and global logistics.
