Systematic training for Kajima companies is organized by Kajima HQ – Overseas Operation Division. A warm welcome and attentive care on site was provided to our team by our colleagues in Japan and also by Jun Karasawa, Yuji Suzuki, Koji Uetake as well as Masato Suzuki who worked with us over various years. The Polish team of engineers and architects visited the headquarters of Kajima Corporation known for its modern design, Kajima Technical Research Institute (KaTRI), Kajima Technical Center (KTC), and, above all, several construction projects carrying out by Kajima. The construction organizational level resulting from, among others, well-thought-out planning, Kajima procedures and work culture, is impressive.
Every year, we are inspired by the management solutions coordinated by the Japanese Kajima, gradually introducing them to our construction projects in Poland. The Polish team was also impressed by a robot monitoring the construction works, equipped with a 3D camera. The Japanese engineers assure us that both this robot and robots designed for simple construction work could be the future of this industry. During the training, we were accompanied by colleagues from Kajima Czech Design & Construction and Kajima Deutschland.
