Built for Panattoni, the four-storey warehouse and distribution centre in Świebodzin, with a total area of approx. 200,000 sqm and a BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating, received a distinction in the Low-Emission Building Plus Res category. The award was received by Hanna Osińska and Sylwia Krowiranda on behalf of the Kajima Poland implementation team. The ceremony took place on 28 September in the splendid historic interiors of the Royal Castle in Warsaw.
