In 2025, we became a member of the BuildingSMART Polska Association. This gives us access to the latest BIM standards and industry tools supporting the digitization of construction processes. But we also want to contribute something on our part, which is why we joined the Contractors’ Memorandum of Understanding for BIM initiative, in which BuildingSMART Polska is a is patron.
We participate in the Contractors’ Memorandum of Understanding for BIM together with Atlas Ward, Eiffage Polska, ERBUD GROUP, HOCHTIEF Polska S.A., Mostostal Warszawa S.A., Pekabex, PORR Polska and WARBUD S.A. Together with them, we will work to unify and standardize the rules for using BIM tools in the industry. As part of this membership, we are starting joint work on a set of guidelines for creating a BIM model so that it is as useful as possible for calculating the quantities of construction materials, including bills of quantities.
