We are pleased to announce that the Kajima Poland headquarters (Warszawa, Marszałkowska 107 St., Central Point) is officially WELL Gold certified. This is an international confirmation that the space of our Warsaw office, as well as its management and appropriate location, meet rigorous criteria in terms of ensuring a healthy and comfortable working environment. The WELL Building Standard™ looks at it from the point of view of user benefits, mainly in the sphere of health.
We made no compromises! Everything, from the arrangement to the finishing materials, was designed and implemented with health, comfort, aesthetics and flexible adjustment to our individual needs in mind. We have spaces for both work and rest. We can adjust many parameters to our own individual preferences. This is a place with comfortable acoustics, clean air, and lighting adapted to the human circadian rhythm. The headquarters of Kajima Poland also feature a harmonious combination of Polish design and Japanese asceticism. They perfectly reflect the spirit of our organization, which combines elements from both cultures.
And not forgetting the environment… We selected the equipment and cladding materials so that they had low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and were biodegradable. More about the WELL certification process and our office in the article.
