Here are new photos of the modernised, expanded and technologically optimized Frigo Logistics distribution centre in Żnin. Although we completed the expansion last year, we waited to take the final shots until late spring – the best time for architectural photo shoots. Our scope included the comprehensive expansion of a distribution centre under the design & build formula, including general contracting, multi-discipline design, and obtaining an occupancy permit.
Among other things, a new freezing area (approx. 4,200 sqm), a distribution area (approx. 1,400 sqm) and a new battery room for forklift operations have been added. We also expanded the office space. In addition, we have optimized the existing freezer section by, among other things, replacing the existing refrigeration systems. We also modernised existing offices.
