The construction of the logistics center for EQT Exeter in Świebodzin, launched at the beginning of this year, is already well advanced.
In Hall A (the largest one, intended for a chain of DIY stores), we have finished the floors, so high-rack storage systems can already be assembled. Finishing works and pavement construction (roads, manoeuvring yards and parking lots for trucks as well as pavements) are underway. We are installing facades and roofs in Halls B and C. The total area of the logistics centre will be 136,000 sqm. Kajima Poland is also preparing the entire facility for BREEAM certification with a Very Good rating.
