We feel very enthusiastic about starting the construction of the Distribution Centre in Emilianów for CTP Poland and Aldi Polska – the first tenant who will occupy 80% of the building area! Together with our partners, we have inaugurated the construction of this modern logistics facility with a total area of approx. 54,000 sqm, which will soon be fully operational. As part of the investment project, for the needs of Aldi Polska, we will build a cold store, a freezer, a dry warehouse and offices – all with a total area of almost 43,000 sqm.
The symbolic foundation act was signed by: Piotr Flugel (CTP Poland), Patrycja Makowska (CTP Poland), Matthias Bojda (Aldi Polska), Mariusz Gajda (Aldi Polska), Krzysztof Chaciński – mayor of Radzymin, and on behalf of Kajima Poland: Maciej Runkiewicz and Sandra Wróblewska. The first construction column was symbolically baptised with champagne by Monika Tech (CTP Poland) and Paweł Kijanka (Kajima Poland).
Maciej Runkiewicz: “We are happy that once again, we have the opportunity of building for CTP Poland. To this project, we are contributing our knowledge and many years of experience in the construction of facilities specialising in serving the food logistics sector, i.e. those with freezers and cold stores.”
Sandra Wróblewska: “As a general contractor with Japanese roots, we feel obliged to ensure full client satisfaction both at all stages of the project and after its completion. I am sure that this will be our next successful cooperation.”
