We have been operating in CTPark Warsaw South, a logistics centre in Mszczonów, since 2022. In the first quarter of this year, we completed the construction of a facility as part of CTPark Warsaw South for CTP Poland, with an area of 77,850 sqm, for which we have obtained the BREEAM EXCELLENT certificate. We owe such a high rating to the use of numerous solutions that improve the building’s impact on the environment, such as photovoltaic panels, incorporating demolition debris into temporary roads, placing pollinator hotels on the project site, as well as numerous plantings of trees and shrubs.
Meanwhile, since June, as part of another task, we have been carrying out the extension of the existing hall in CTPark Warsaw South and the construction of a new one with a total area of 66,500 sqm. Since its design, we have been preparing the facility for the BREEAM EXCELLENT certification.
