Kajima Poland, Peakside Capital Advisors and DPD took part in the cornerstone laying ceremony commencing the 1st stage of the new City Point Targówek. As you can see, the weather was good and lots of guests arrived.
The foundation act was signed by Roman Skowroński from Peakside Capital Advisors, Maksymilian Pawłowski from DPD, Wojciech Pietrzak from the Department of Architecture and Construction for the Targówek District Office of the Capital City of Warsaw and Maciej Runkiewicz from Kajima Poland, who were also laying the cornerstone. Everyone agreed that Warsaw needs a modern and at the same time environmentally friendly logistics centre. The ceremony took place on May 11.
DPD warehouse centre is also being prepared for two “green” certifications: BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold, while the WELL Health & Safety rating will ensure healthy and safe working conditions for users of the facility. We are proud to be involved in obtaining it.
