Builder For the Young Enginners educational meetings consistently demonstrate how valuable and inspiring it is for civil engineering students to learn about specific professions related to general contracting. Our offices and construction sites are among the places where they can gain such knowledge.
“Seeing everything run so smoothly on the construction site fills me with almost childlike joy”, said Construction Manager Katarzyna Strzesak, as she opened an inspiring session with female students from the Faculty of Civil and Water Engineering at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. The role of a CONSTRUCION MANAGER is full of challenges and responsibilities – not only for schedules but, most importantly, for people and their safety. The key to success lies in meticulous planning, efficient management of supplies and construction work, and the ability to respond quickly to new situations. Our specialty is carefully crafted schedules, based on extensive experience. They help us minimise the risk of delays and their potential consequences.
