7R Park Łódź East I is a modern logistics complex located at the Brzeziny junction on the A1 motorway. Having completed the DC1 hall for Castorama (tenant), we are continuing here our cooperation with 7R on subsequent A-class halls. These will be the DC2 hall with a total area of 46,000 sqm and the DC3 hall with an area of 18,000 sqm for Maersk (tenant). Kajima Poland is also preparing both halls for the BREEAM certification with a Very Good rating.
