7R Park Beskid II – we are building the DC5 hall

Kajima Poland has been present on the premises of 7R Park Beskid II since its very beginnings, i.e. since the construction of the DC1 hall. (It is now almost 80,000 sqm of the total warehouse and production space).

Now, we are carrying out here advanced works on the DC5 distribution centre with an area of 9,000 sqm. The works are planned to be completed in Q2 2022. We are also in the process of obtaining a BREEAM certificate for the DC5 hall with a Very good rating. As part of this, the following will be used: LED lighting inside and outside the facility, environment-friendly building materials for which an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) has been issued, astronomical clock controlling the outdoor lighting and many other environment-friendly solutions.
