On the occasion of Builder’s Day, we take a look behind the scenes of the process that supports the execution of Kajima Poland projects every day… Recently, our engineers visited the Betard production plant in Długołęka. It is Betard that supplies most of the precast concrete elements used on Kajima Poland construction sites. We followed the entire process of creating precast elements: from the development of workshop designs, through the preparation of moulds, reinforcement, concreting, curing of elements and quality control, to storage and organization of transport to the construction site. It was a good moment to discuss the most common challenges that arise at the intersection of design, production and construction, and identify opportunities to optimize the entire process. The meeting in Długołęka was another step towards even better cooperation between our companies and, consequently, the efficient implementation of our projects.
On Builder’s Day, we give special recognition to all the specialists whose knowledge, hands-on experience and daily commitment translate into the quality of the work we carry out.
