Operating in Poland for 25 years, we have built a solid brand and a work culture based on cooperation, openness and trust. Every year we continuously invest in the development of our employees’ competences – both professional and soft skills (workshops on management, organizational culture, negotiations and caring of one’s own well-being). For this purpose we choose proven – primarily local – companies. We have been building our CSR for years by engaging in large cultural, educational and sports projects. We also follow the needs of our employees and their involvement in local initiatives that bring specific value to various social groups.
