Another expansion of the “Wrocław Campus II” for Panattoni Poland

The Wrocław Campus II logistics complex owned by Panattoni Poland is one of the largest in the region. Kajima Poland came here for the third time, implementing another expansion of this investment project. This time, a total of over 100,000 sqm of modern warehouse and logistics space will be created. The entire project consists of two halls with offices and shared infrastructure. As part of our task, we are preparing space for tenants from the sectors of e-commerce and the automotive industry. One of the halls will be equipped with two dual-operation overhead cranes, with a total lifting capacity of 64 tonnes, and a track with a special trolley. The floor in the track area will, of course, be appropriately reinforced. We are preparing the entire project, from the design stage onwards, to obtain a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The task is carried out almost entirely by a female team.
