The Łódź region has been a dynamically developing logistics and warehousing hub for several years, attracting global operators, investors and commercial space developers. We have been contributing to this for many years by building here large and very large facilities – mainly for the logistics sector. Hence, the decision to be more present here.
The new Kajima Poland office is stylistically reminiscent of its Warsaw headquarters. We’ve incorporated a range of solutions, finishing materials, and equipment that have proven successful in Warsaw, including ergonomic workstations designed to enable work in a standing position, lighting that changes throughout the day and adjusts its colour to the time of day, and acoustic baffles.
The symbolic ribbon cutting was performed by Maciej Runkiewicz and Rafał Skarzyński. The new office is managed by Rafał Skarzyński and Mariola Boguń. Our new address: 90-033 Łódź, 77 Kopcińskiego Street, 3rd floor. Come and visit us!
