For Reino IO Logistics and Allegro, we are starting in Piotrków Trybunalski a comprehensive design & build implementation of the Reino IO Piotrków Allegro BTS investment project – a modern cross-dock centre with an area of over 27,000 sq.m. It will be a modern warehouse with a sorter and a transshipment (cross-dock) section with an area of 25,900 sq.m. fitted out with a total of over 140 docks. The significant span of the nave structure, exceeding 55 m and 36 m, will enable the Tenant to freely deploy technology and logistics activities. Over 96,000 sq.m. of external surface, including 400 parking spaces (200 for trucks), will allow for efficient and smooth transport. The project will also include a modern, two-story office space with an area of over 1,680 sq.m. Once construction work is completed, the new Reino IO Piotrków Allegro BTS facility will expand our experience with another project tailored to the needs of the e-commerce industry.
The cornerstone laying ceremony took place on 9 October, with the participation of representatives of Grosvenor DPI, Reino IO Logistics, Allegro, Kajima Poland, Gleeds and local authorities. Reino IO Logistics, Allegro – thank you for your trust!
