Distribution Centre for CTP Poland and ALDI Polska

It is great to see the Emilianów Distribution Centre growing for CTP Poland and ALDI Polska, i.e., the tenants to occupy 80% of the projected building’s space. Out of the 54,600 m² of the park, 43,000 m² will be occupied by ALDI Polska. The facilities are going to house a coldroom, freezerroom, drystoraage warehouse, and tenants offices.
