We have started the implementation of Stage I of North Warsaw Nowy Modlin – a modern logistics park for Eika Asset Management and Waimea Holding S.A. As a general contractor, we are responsible for the comprehensive construction and preparation for the multi-criteria BREEAM Excellent certification of the 28,000 sq.m facility. The main tenant will be Bricomarché, one of the leading home and garden chains in Poland. The investment project will include, among others, a 150 kWp photovoltaic system, energy-saving LED lighting with a DALI control system and solutions supporting electromobility. The rainwater management system and biodiversity of the area around the buildings have also been carefully thought out. Future employees of the facility will gain access to cycling infrastructure and green recreation zones.
For us, this is a great opportunity to once again prove our proficiency in implementing a facility that meets high sustainability requirements, as well as to demonstrate our experience in performing construction activities in the demanding vicinity of an airport.
