As a Content Partner of the BUILDER FOR YOUNG ENGINEERS educational programme, we are fully committed to continuing thematic lectures for students. This time, we hosted in our Wrocław office students from the Faculty of Civil and Water Engineering at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology (Politechnika Wrocławska), members of the academic societies “Young Construction Managers” and “Konkret”. The basics of document management and project control were introduced to the participants by Sylwia Ochnicka, Project Control Manager, and Anna Buzdygan, Document Controller/BIM Specialist at Kajima Poland.
Efficient communication on-site and in the general contractor’s office is one of the key pillars of every project’s success! Proper information flow and effective document coordination are responsibilities shared by all project team members – from the construction manager to the engineers. These processes are facilitated by state-of-the-art IT solutions that streamline document flow and project modifications. With these advancements, we can achieve even better results in construction management.
