The colourful interiors of the office and social part of Panattoni Park Łódź West II implemented for Panattoni Poland truly decorate this facility. Kajima Poland supervised the fit out in accordance with the standard and requirements of the tenant – ROHLIG SUUS Logistics. The first stage of the modern Panattoni Park Łódź West II logistics centre, completed this year, has an area of 51,000 sqm (including approx. 1,900 sqm of offices). As much as 32,000 sqm is used by ROHLIG SUUS Logistics – a Polish logistics operator with global capabilities.

As part of its general contracting tasks, Kajima Poland also supervised this project for the purposes of BREEAM certification with Excellent rating, including a number of solutions reducing the consumption of non-renewable energy and other utilities.
