Together with 7R , Yusen Logistics and ILG, under the slogan Partners in Green Progress, we celebrated the grand opening of the 7R Park Wrocław West II logistics and warehouse centre in Kąty Wrocławskie.
The facility covers an area of almost 42,000 sqm. It was implemented in accordance with the BREEAM Outstanding certificate guidelines, which means that it features several unique logistics construction solutions, including: an energy storage facility that will ensure significant savings in energy consumption and thus a reduction in the carbon footprint, photovoltaic panels, air heat pumps, an advanced BMS control system, and energy-saving LED lighting with the DALI system. These and many other solutions are due to our client’s comprehensive approach to sustainable development and a new “7R Green Saver” product line.
The opening ceremony took place on 18 June and Kajima Poland was represented at this event by: Hiroshi Izumitani, Sandra Wróblewska, Sławomir Dzięcioł and Sławomir Siejak.
7R Park Wrocław West II is yet another warehouse facility constructed by Kajima Poland with particular care for high efficiency in terms of sustainable development.
