CTPark Warsaw South industrial and logistics complex in Mszczonów, owned by CTP Invest Poland, is now open! The ribbon was cut jointly by: Krzysztof Moryson (CTP Invest Poland), Michał Orzechowski (CTP Invest Poland), Józef Grzegorz Kurek (Mayor of Mszczonów), Sandra Wróblewska (Kajima Poland) and Marcin Siekierski (Kajima Poland).
The implementation of CTPark Warsaw South is significant for us, among others, due to its impressive size. It is over 144,000 sqm of total area for logistics and production, and as part of the just completed stage, it is almost 67,000 sqm. CTPark Warsaw South also includes interesting solutions under the BREEAM Excellent; certification; such as such as translucent facade panels transmitting approximately 50% of sunlight, LED lighting controlled via the DALI system and a roof prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels.
We would like to thank CTP Invest Poland for the trust we have enjoyed since the first joint implementation, i.e. stage I of CTPark Warsaw South.
