Our colleagues from the Human Resources Department at Kajima Poland have a good reason to be satisfied! This is the title of RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYER – HR Leader 2023, awarded as part of the programme under the Strefa Gospodarki brand – a supplement to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
How did we obtain it? First of all, by ensuring the safety and comfort of all our employees working in the offices and at the construction sites in terms of employment conditions and health care, as well as by offering stable employment, which is now becoming very important again.
As a construction company with a widely dispersed team of almost 200 people, we persevere in creating opportunities for integration. This is also what differentiates us.

✔️ We support our employees’ charitable initiatives for the benefit of local communities.
✔️ We specialise in unique cultural events in which we emphasise our Polish-Japanese personality. Not only do we support these events, but we also often organise them ourselves.
