We are building in Knurów for Panattoni and Fortaco

This time it will be a highly advanced BTS production plant with an area of 34,600 sqm, designed and built with the needs of Fortaco in mind. The construction was symbolically launched with a cornerstone-laying ceremony, honoured with their presence by, among others: Aurelia Rachtan (Associate Development Director at Panattoni), Lars Hellberg (President & CEO at Fortaco), Jaroslaw Szytow (General Manager at Fortaco), Adam Rams (Mayor of Knurów), Janusz Michałek (CEO at KSSE). Kajima Poland was represented by Janusz Rachwał (Project Manager) and Piotr Kajdy (Construction Manager). The ceremony took place at the construction site in Knurów, November 21, 2023.

We would like to thank Panattoni for entrusting us with a task that will fortify our portfolio with another modern industrial facility with a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
