For Student Depot – a Polish network of private premium student houses located throughout Poland, we are constructing, in the turnkey model, a modern student house with a total area of 18,500 sqm, including an underground garage. The building is being built at the intersection of Al. Wilanowska Street and Modzelewskiego Street. We are currently carrying out reinforced concrete works on the underground and above-ground storeys. The facility is to be handed over in September 2023.
The entire construction is a complicated task in terms of logistics, as we operate in a densely built-up residential area. Therefore, deliveries and construction works must be extremely smooth to limit – as much as possible – the inconvenience for the residents of the estate and users of the district.
