Extension of the Panattoni Park Zabrze II production and warehouse facility by an additional 17,150 sqm (including 460 sqm of office space), in accordance with the client’s and tenants’ (Eurosleeve, KMC-Services) specifications. The total area of the entire facility following its extension is 44,500 sqm. The facility has been prepared for BREEAM certification with an Excellent rating.
