The modern and environment-friendly logistics and warehouse facility with an area of 44,000 sqm – part of Panattoni Park Pabianice – is adapted to the needs of its tenant, i.e. Neonet – a chain of stores selling household appliances, electronics and IT equipment. Apart from the warehouse part, the facility also has a two-storey office and staff part (1,110 sqm) and an internal office building on the premises of the hall (210 sqm). During the design and construction works, Kajima Poland supervised the preparation of the facility for obtaining a BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating. The entire facility has numerous solutions aimed at reducing energy and water consumption as well as enhancing well-being.
