The modern distribution centre with an area of 36,737 sqm consists of warehouse parts with a total area of 34,913 sqm as well as office and staff facilities with a total area of 1,823 sqm. The facility is also adapted to the standards of tenants from the interior design industry: 123Łazienka and Homla.

Besides the implementation in the Design&Build formula, Kajima Poland has prepared the facility for BREEAM certification with an Excellent rating, which confirms the very high environmental standards of the project. This was achieved mainly due to the building’s good energy efficiency indices and the application of a number of passive solutions. The facility is equipped, among others, with LED lighting (indoors and outdoors) and automatically controlled lighting on the internal roads, manoeuvring areas and pavements. Water consumption is limited by the greywater recovery system installed in all offices and a flower meadow that does not require watering.
