The first modern Nestle Purina PetCare feed production plant with the necessary infrastructure built in Poland. Kajima constructed a production and warehouse hall (26,000 m² in total), a wastewater treatment plant building serving the plant (440 m² in total), a two-storey office and staff building (4,700 m² in total) and the infrastructure for the entire facility. Kajima also developed replacement building permit designs and executive designs for all the facilities and obtained a Gold LEED certificate for the office building. During the construction process, Kajima had to comply with the customer’s very stringent occupational health and safety requirements.
