The investment project was designed and built with flexible use in mind (from 1 to 5 tenants) and in accordance with high sustainable building standards (BREEAM certification). Today, we can see how the building looks through the lens and surrounded by greenery. Because the investment project was implemented on a relatively narrow plot, in the immediate vicinity of already operating logistics facilities, this posed a major engineering and organizational challenge. As a general contractor, we were responsible for, among other things: coordination of construction activities within a limited space, ensuring the continuity of operation of neighbouring logistics parks, efficient communication with users of shared internal roads, and maintaining the highest safety standards for employees and users.
