The 2nd Stage of the project called 7R Park Łódź East I included the design and construction of another two warehouse and distribution centres: DC2 and DC3, adapted to the needs of the DIY industry and global logistics. The total area of the extension is approx. 64,000 sqm. The facility has been prepared for BREEAM certification.
