The Student Depot dormitory with a total area of 18.5 thousand sqm is located in Mokotów in Warsaw. It has from 5 to 13 above-ground storeys and an underground storey with a garage. The building is comprised of 540 premium residential units, including single, double and 4-person rooms with areas ranging from 16 to 79.8 sqm. All of them have kitchenettes and comfortable bathrooms. The comfort of living here is enhanced by common areas, including a fitness zone, a work & chill zone with study and play areas as well as a laundry room.

The building includes several environmentally friendly solutions, such as a green roof with plants that do not require watering (a 900 sqm biologically active area), energy-saving LED lighting, and a temperature control system operated via the application installed on the user’s phone. Water consumption in the facility is reduced by eco-friendly washbasin taps with low water flow. The entire building is controlled by a smart system that reduces heating and shuts off the heating panel when the user is away.

As part of the project, Kajima Poland has also carried out a number of tasks in the immediate vicinity of the dormitory. These included the arrangement of a city square with benches and numerous plantings and the replacement of the pavements down to the intersection of Aleja Wilanowska Street with Modzelewskiego Street to create a coherent and aesthetic whole with the facility. Part of the surface of Modzelewskiego Street near the exit to the dormitory and the surface under the bus stop were also replaced.
