As part of the 7^th Extension Phase, the Nestlé Purina production plant has been extended by a total of 20,396 sqm along with land development (networks, surfaces). The works included the extension of the production and warehouse building (15,691 sqm), the staff building (1,498 sqm), technical zones (1,200 sqm), the warehouse (1,765 sqm) and the wastewater treatment station (239 sqm). The design was coordinated in the Building Information Modeling (BIM) system.

During the extension, we had to take into account the client’s very high requirements regarding occupational health and safety. Ongoing coordination of the entire construction process was also necessary, so as not to obstruct work in the operational part of the plant.
