An automotive glass manufacturing plant with an office and staff part as well as necessary infrastructure. The general contractor’s tasks included the development of a building permit design and an execution design, implementation of selected earthworks (including construction of retaining walls and the piling of the ground under the entire facility), construction of a production hall, foundations for an electric furnace for shaping and processing glass, a clean chamber for glass lamination, a mezzanine for an air handling unit, as well as installation of all the necessary systems to operate the hall and the office part and connections to technological systems. Due to the requirements of glass manufacture technology, the production hall has one nave with a 40 m span (in the axes of the columns) and an underground part.
