Hall B with a total area of 23,946 sqm, with 1,325 sqm of office and staff space, is part of the Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III logistics complex. The hall has been constructed in accordance with the client’s and tenants’ specifications and is adapted to storage and logistics tasks.

The general contractor was responsible for the construction of the entire Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III logistics complex in the design & build model, as well as its preparation for the multi-criteria BREEAM certification with a Very Good rating. To prepare the ground for the construction of the park the impulse compaction method was used and a crushed stone layer of material obtained from excavation within the same plot was made.
