A warehouse and distribution center intended for a tenant operating in the e-commerce industry will be used for storing, packaging and forwarding industrial products. The facility consists of a warehouse part (36,747 m²), a two-storey office and staff building (6,921 m²) and annexes (1,195 m²). As part of the contract, Kajima Poland has developed discipline-specific documentation for a replacement building permit design, a complete detailed design and has executed the whole project. Kajima Poland was responsible also for the BREEAM Very good certification process.
