General construction of two warehouse and office buildings 7R Park Kielce in Chęciny. Total area: 40,000 m² (building no 1: 15,552 m² , first phase of building no 2: 24,600 m²). An embankment with a maximum height of 8 m was erected for both warehouse halls. To this end, a total of 100,000 m³ of soil was relocated and the embankment was reinforced with a pile wall. The facility has a BREEAM Good certificate.
