The Panattoni Park Zgierz warehouse and logistics centre has been expanded by an additional 68,800 sq. m. of modern space, strengthening the operational potential of the entire complex. The new building has been adapted to the needs of two tenants: a nationwide chain of drugstores and a cosmetics brand. It has a total of 92 loading docks, functional and modern office space, wide driveways, 178 parking spaces and 6 bicycle shelters for employees. The general contracting scope also included the facility preparation to obtain BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The investment project was carried out in stages and in parallel with the functioning of the completed zones, which is proof of extensive experience and high execution efficiency of Kajima Poland.
